About Me
Parvin Sultana is an agricultural scientist, agribusiness leader, and social entrepreneur with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in agricultural innovation, livestock health, and rural development in Bangladesh.
She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Bangladesh Agricultural University and began her professional career at ACI Ltd, one of the country’s leading agribusiness organizations. There, she played an active role in introducing hybrid rice technology, conducting field comparisons between hybrid and local varieties, and supporting farmers in adopting modern, yield-enhancing solutions. She also contributed to pesticide marketing strategies and product action plans, helping ensure responsible and effective use of agricultural inputs.
Building on this foundation, she founded Speed Care Ltd, an agricultural enterprise specializing in the import and marketing of livestock vaccines and related products. Under her leadership, the company has operated successfully for over two decades, supporting animal health, sustainable livestock farming, and food security across Bangladesh.
Beyond business, Parvin Sultana is deeply committed to community service.
